This includes refining strategy and helping the companies think through key elements to be ‘investor ready’. Based on this we drive the entire investment process (investor identification, document preparation, funder outreach, due diligence and closing; as required, we also provide post-investment support)

Crest Spring works with a range of funders - PE/VC funds, family offices, and HNIs. We help them refine objectives and convert these into capital deployment strategies when required. Most commonly, we help them execute the investment strategy – identifying pipeline, deploying capital and portfolio monitoring. If required, we can also work on specific elements of the portfolio plan – for example, helping to hire leadership or putting specific processes in place.

Given our strong belief in ‘it takes a village’ we support the ecosystem as a whole and take on an active role in specific initiatives to fill gaps and strengthen certain areas – ‘real’ ESG and impact measurement are two particular areas of expertise and interest.
